Dear Friends and Neighbors,

Last Friday, I sent out an opinion-editorial that should appear in local newspapers this week regarding the need to improve our state's water quality — and specifically that of Puget Sound — in the effort to save our state's salmon population. You can read that article here.

My latest video also focuses on efforts to save, preserve and promote salmon through cleaner water. As ranking Republican on the House Environment and Energy Committee, I have introduced four bills to combat urban heat island effect that is sending warm stormwater into Puget Sound, and untreated wastewater sewage that is also spilling into the sound and harming the state's salmon population.

I invite you to watch my video and learn more about these efforts.

Contact my office for more information. You'll find my phone number, and physical and email addresses below.

Thank you for the honor of allowing me to serve and represent you!

Sincerely,

Mary Dye
