Rep. Mary Dye discusses sex ed bill debate, low carbon fuel mandate and Wild Horse Inmate bill

Rep. Mary Dye, R-Pomeroy, talks about her concerns of mandatory K-12 sex education bill, legislation that would give the Department of Ecology sweeping powers on the state's Clean Air law, and her bill that would create a study to look into the feasibility of creating a program, based on an Arizona program, in which inmates train wild horses.
